Dr. Pradeep Prakash is a passionate and dedicated urologist having more than 13 years of experience in medical field (6 years as superspecialist). He has the rare achievement of having obtained all his medical education from the reputed AIIMS, New Delhi, right from MBBS till M.Ch in Urology. After completing his superspeciality, he pursued his interest in minimally invasive urology and urologic cancer surgery and did 2 year fellowship in Robotic surgery and Uro-Oncology from AIIMS, New Delhi itself.

Apart from doing routine endo-urologic surgeries for kidney and ureteric stones, Benign Prostate enlargement and urethral strictures, Dr. Pradeep specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery (Key hole surgery) for management of urologic cancers like Prostate cancer, Kidney cancer and bladder cancer. He regularly performs surgeries like nephrectomy (Kidney removal) and pyeloplasty (reconstruction of kidney) through laparoscopic surgery, which benefits the patients with smaller incision, less pain and early recovery.
Dr. Pradeep is also an expert in Andrology and Male infertility, an often neglected field in India. He has experience of running a successful Andrology clinic at AIIMS, during which he has treated more than 500 male infertility patients. He is also an expert of adrenal disorders and the rare adrenal tumor, pheochromocytoma.
Dr. Pradeep is also a keen medical researcher and has more than a dozen paper publication to his name in national and international journals. He has also written chapters in international clinical guidelines for management of laparoscopic hernia surgery. Additionally, he has delivered many clinical presentations in national and international conferences.
He has also delivered community health talks on various range of topics, like malnutrition in children, Malaria prevention, HIV, Sanitation and tuberculosis during his medical education and he frequently organizes urologic health camps in underprivileged areas.
Dr. Pradeep is a keen athlete and loves to play Badminton, Table Tennis and Cricket. He also loves reading novels, biography and spiritual columns.
